If you snoozed on this Buffalo Pasta Salad last time.... don’t do it again! It’s on the menu for Thursday and is the perfect summer dinner! Gluten free pasta, crunchy celery, carrot, and buffalo ranch cream sauce to drizzle on top. Served with our fresh cilantro lime slaw and a brand new “Ferraro Rocher” cookie for dessert. Order up!

It’s the Romesco bowl, made with roasted asparagus, short grain brown rice, marinated chickpeas, red onions, and our very special romesco sauce on the side. To make the an easy version of the sauce, add the following items to your @vitamix:
We have some very yummy, new desserts all ready for you tomorrow! These are the “date turtles, and are so good! To make, start with a @rancho_meladuco_date_farm medjool date, and smash it with a glass cup or rolling pin. Spread on some @evolvedchocolate dairy free dark chocolate, and top with whole pecans and maldon salt. 🌈
These cookies are SO GOOD!!! I’m so pumped about them! They’re the same chickpea, pb protein cookies that I posted about a few weeks ago, but these ha w coco powder. (For a recipe, visit my last cookie post, and add 1 1/2 T cocoa powder. Everything else is the same.) If you make them, tag us in a photo!
