Happy Friday Tin Box friends! We’ve gotten some new followers recently and wanted to say hello. We are Scott and Nicky Freymond, the owners, recipe developers, cooks and deliverers of Tin Box. We created TB out of a need for healthy, fresh, prepared vegan food in Boise, Idaho.
Strawberry blondies today!!! These cuties were supposed to be served as an actual blondie, not a muffin, but my baking sheets pooped out on me, we had to whip up a second batch, so muffins they became! Hopefully everyone enjoyed. Thanks for a fantastically busy week, we appreciate you all so much!

A new little muffin for dessert today!! How did you all like it? We call it the Raspberry Caramel Muffin because of its yummy coconut sugar taste. If it’s a hit, we’ll definitely add it to our regular rotation, if you ordered it, let us know!
Roasted veggie wrap with the most delicious potato salad on the side. Our Dilly Potatoes are a dupe for their original potato salad, that they served a few years ago, and this new one… oh boy… we may be working on another dupe very soon!
