Another new cookie was on the menu today!!! We call it the Peppermint S’mores Cookie 🍪 Cashew butter base, sweetened with maple, full of dairy free dark chocolate chips and vegan peppermint marshmallows. No oil, no dairy, no eggs 👏🏽I hope you all enjoyed them today... I made them extra big to perfectly polish off the yummy Thai red curry meal. We have even more cookies planned for you next week, so keep your eyes on our store, everything will be ready to order by tomorrow afternoon 👍🏽

To make, start with a @rancho_meladuco_date_farm medjool date, and smash it with a glass cup or rolling pin. Spread on some @evolvedchocolate dairy free dark chocolate, and top with whole pecans and maldon salt. 🌈
